right on there Geoff .Waiotahi built 1891 broken up 1931. I would put that pic about 1900-1912 period, long before Percy Voss’s time. Waiotahi is the only vessel I have seen with masts aft of the holds and gear reaching forward. Second waiotahi built 1932, scuttled off Rabaul 1979.

I imagine at top RH Northern S S Co steamer WAIOTAHI ( built 1891) with a harbour ferry alongside of her. Can’t quite make out the name…… 😦
