I agree with Mr. C. more like 95 hp. And Teohanui looks like Billy Turner from Tuakau. The long stick is the reverse gear, for pushing away from the bank.The engine was one of those little two stroke things that you twisted the mag to a new position (to alter the timing) and spun the flywheel the way you wanted to go
I wouldnt want to face the Taniwha with just that long stick , they were brave men back then.
