Todays woody photo popped up on Lew Redwood’s fb feed, sourced from a tme postcard listing.
The craft along side the wharf is KELVIN and the photos tagged ’The Waterfront Queenstown’.
KELVIN last made an appearance on WW back in August 2022 when we saw her rafted up with another Queenstown charter launch named MURATAI II.

Muratai II is currently undergoing a major restoration at Southern Classic Boats yard at Invercargill. She will be put back to her original appearance as per pictures available. Currently most of the cabins and decks have been removed and the re ribbing stage is in progress. Many new planks will be fitted as we go. We will be putting a website together soon so you can follow progress as we did with the Lion restoration .
