Back in those days I worked in an advertising agency & one of the artists had a new BMW every year, paid for it from hand re-touching portraits of stiffs & I’m not talking adult entertainment photos :-). Big business with the Pacific Islanders.

They obviously ran out of all the colours except blue. I used to do kids portraits in the late 70’s and the in thing then was hand painted portraits .. !
