MetService have issued a storm warning for Auckland for tonight (10 June) with severe gales from the north east . Might be an idea check your lines and ensure your old girl is secured properly.
It wont be as cold as below but they are predicting gusts of 130 km/h.

Apparently as a result of Classique smashing past, on her way to colliding with the harbour bridge, I doubt that the other boats out there on swing moorings are unscathed… Anyway tasted a plank, and my guess is about 1933?

The aft cockpit screen on ROMANCE II was shredded but it was ripe anyway and due for replacement when her new dodger (1919 style) gets built later this month by Marco Scuderi.

Tarpaulin re-attached with the help of Jase, although the boat is currently so light that she may fly away tarp and all!
