Corinthia & new Arran Bay Wharf

CORINTHIA.

A Shipbuilders design, built for Ivan Guthrie, his last boat. Sold to CYA member (now MV Kailua) Graham Guthrie. Seen here tied up to the new (c.1990) wharf in Arran Bay, Waiheke. Rotorua Island & Ruth Passage in the background.

  1. Mt wife and I lived aboard Corinthia and had many fantastic times on her early 2000.

A pleasure to own and always missed. The modern plastic boats will never be traditional or last in history.Gone are the days of Ships of wood and Men of steel .

    Happy cruising
